Description

A course designed to teach the principles used in being organized and how to apply them to create effective methods and procedures in a business.
Objectives:
• Define what it means to be organized and identify the benefits of it.
• Apply the key principles behind all organization methods. Use value, priority, and process to create your own methods/processes for common procedures encountered in a business.
• Practice effective time management though the use of a planner or other tool.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks through case studies and personal application.
• Demonstrate the ability to be proactive vs. reactive though case studies.
