Description

A course designed to teach communication skills and strategies that managers need to be successful in today’s modern workplace.
Course Objectives:
• Identify appropriate levels of professional relationships between managers and co-workers.
• Outline steps necessary to conduct effective team meetings.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills verbally and nonverbally through role play scenarios and case studies.
• Implement motivational methods in order to encourage employees to generate effective short and long term goals.
• Apply appropriate negotiating methods during employee and customer situations.
• Demonstrate ability to conduct effective employee reviews with professionalism and sensitivity for areas of conflict.
