Description
This course combines the Cognex Insight Easy-Builder Basic, Insight Spreadsheet, and Insight Spreadsheet Advanced classes into a more condensed 4 day class. The class focuses on the Cognex InSight application interface with an additional emphasis on lighting, lenses, and filters. Students will learn to use advanced tools and those tools recently added to the spreadsheet environment. Competencies Include: Hardware and Connections, Software Overview and Image, Acquisition, Pattern Matching, Logic, Histogram and Edges, Blobs, Image Filters, Calibration, Digital I/O, Communication, GUI Building, Maintenance and Deployment Lighting and Optics, EdgeInspect, OCRMax, IDMax, Flexible Flaw Detection, PatMax, Color Tools, Clocked Data Storage, Flexible Flaw Detection, Surface Flaw Detection, Basic Scripting, Lighting Basics and Operator Interface.
