Description
This course will provide the student the skills necessary to perform and assist in diagnostic testing, assist in minor surgical procedures, maintain clincial equipment, perform laboratory safety procedures, and the collection and testing of laboratory specimens.
Objectives: To prepare competent entry-level medical assistants in the cognitive (knowledge), psychomotor (skills), and affective (gehavior) learning domains.
