Description

This advanced course covers troubleshooting advanced industrial controls combined with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Circuits with practice on simulation software. This course prepares students for troubleshooting integrated pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems as found in manufacturing processes. The skills you learn in this course will increase your troubleshooting efficiency in advanced industrial controls. Instructor approval required.
Objectives:
? Use line diagrams, schematic drawings, and test equipment to isolate problems in advanced industrial PLC controls
? Follow a step-by-step troubleshooting process to solve problems within an integrated system
? Troubleshoot and repair problems within a specific amount of time and within budget
? Demonstrate competency with troubleshooting Industrial Controls
