Description
This course will teach fundamental usage of a Conversational Mill using the Bridgeport EZ-TRAK milling machine.
Objectives:
• Demonstrate proper setup and alignment of a milling machine
• Show part location and storing procedure
• Demonstrate usage of commands in the MDI mode
• Program parts using the conversational control
• Machine parts using the EZ-TRAK conversational control
• Inspection of parts using a variety of inspection techniques
