Description

This course is designed to teach students to use additional publishing software (such as Adobe In-Design). The students will begin with the basic features of the software -working with tools and palettes, and placing graphics and text. Students will also learn more depth on specific subjects such as the work environment, setting up a new document with master pages, working with colors and gradients, importing and linking graphics, drawing with vectors, adjusting typography and editing text, creating tables, working with XML, exporting to PDF, and color management. Other skills such as transparencies, blending modes, feathered edges, and drop shadows will also be introduced.
